Prices
All prices online apply for internet purchases only, extra charges may
apply instores on selected items. Selected items purchased instore are eligible
for a 10% discount for MEDICAL purposes only. Products purchased online and taken
to a Chiquel salon for styling will incur a cost.
Ordering Shipping Details
If product(s) are instock it will take approx 5-7 working days for domestic delivery.
Please allow for most orders to take 2-3 weeks for delivery. If back order occurs
you will be notified via email or phone. If ordered item(s) are not received in
a reasonable length of time, please email with order number to
orderstatus@chiquel.com.au.
Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AU) and are inclusive of Goods and Services
Tax (G.S.T.).
Medical Wigs Discounts
Chiquel offers 10% discount on all wigs and hairpieces for medical customers *not
inc human hair, top pieces or custom designed pieces, valid at the Chiquel Stores
only.
Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist.
We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update
by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received
in a reasonable length of time, please email to
orderstatus@chiquel.com.au
In store ordering
If an item(s) is not available at the Chiquel store or a special order is requested
a 50% deposit fee will be charged. On the shipment of the item(s) the rest of the
money owing will be received.
Returned products
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or
cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order; there will be a 50% cancellation
fee charged due and 85% to special custom orders which include lace front wigs and
top pieces. This is due to specialty of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges
are non refundable.
Layby conditions
– 8 weeks layby completion
– Minimum 50% deposit required
– Fortnightly installments are to be made
– No refund for uncollected good(s) by final date
– Original receipt must be presented for transaction

Placing a phone order

(EST). Confirmation of order must be emailed.
Refund (only applies instore)
Please choose carefully. There is no refund on wigs/hairpieces/extensions or custom
designed pieces due to change of choice. e.t.c colour or style.
Custom refund wig policy
Due to the specialty of the item(s), all sales are final on ALL custom lace front
wigs and top pieces. We do not accept delivery of returned products.
Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your
custom wig according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible for wrong
measurements taken or variances in colour caused by monitor settings.
Privacy policy
Chiquel policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. All personal
information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused,
rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used exclusively for
the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success.
Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private.
Payment methods
We accept the following credit cards:
NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill
our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original
credit card.
For your convenience, we also accept Money Orders and bank checks. No personal checks
please.
Changes to Order
A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you
request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, colour, payment,
shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted
up to 9AM (AET) the following business day.
Store Credit
Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase
of any product(s) at Chiquel. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds.
Credits are only issued for 6 months only. To redeem store credit you must phone
03 9326 2211 or visit the Chiquel store.
Flat–Fee Shipping
Please note we try our best to stock all the most popular styles and colours instore
which will be sent out for next day delivery of order placement, if we do not have
the particular colour or style of your item(s) please allow approx 14-21 days for
delivery.
We offer 2 shipping options:
1. AUS Post standard shipping 3-5 business days : $13.95*
2. International shipping takes up to 14 business days: $39.95**
* Please note that freight charges may change due to exceeded of weight more then
2kg or flammable products and email will be sent.
** We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may
be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
*** Extra charges may apply to weight and size of items
All product(s) are shipped out within 24 hours of order placement, if product(s)
are not available due to back order or custom ordering for immediate shipment you
will receive an email in regards to the expectancy due date of item availability.
The usual time is 14-21 days.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or
carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and
should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information,

Cancellation Fees

Orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability,
orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within
the time frame selected (Australia Post , International)

Incorrect billing information
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause
shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability

or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will
notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete
your order.
